The bed was great. the bathroom was excellent. the room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge. the view from the window overlooking the garden was awesome. the service was personalized and overall excellent. the location was peaceful and just minutes from the Market. the hotel is set very close to the central park in a safe area. Loved this place.

The location was exceptionally nice, around 10-15 minutes walk from Arco de Santa Catalina. The rooms were updated and neat, had a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets in the bathroom. The staff was competent and hospitable, and the service was friendly...

I had a wonderful stay at a charming and comfortable accommodation in Guatemala. The owners of the hotel were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. It was located in a safe residential area, providing a peaceful and secure environment. The rooms had a beautiful old-fashioned decor and the bed was very comfortable. I especially loved the authentic style of the hotel. The water pressure in the shower was great and the overall cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast served every morning was delicious, offering a variety of options including eggs, toast with assorted jams, beans, coffee, and fruit juice. It was a tranquil haven with no noise from barking dogs or roosters. The hotel also offered handmade bead necklaces and soap for sale, adding to the unique experience. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with transportation to local attractions, such as the Pacaya volcano and the airport. The price we paid for a safe, comfortable, and beautiful stay with breakfast included was definitely a great value.

One minor drawback was the absence of utensils in the kitchenette, making it impossible to cook. However, upon request, they may provide them.

Stayed at a beautiful hotel with excellent service in a safe and tranquil location. The architecture and maintenance were impressive, making it a visually appealing stay. The first night I had doubts due to its distance from the center and a not-so-safe street, but the comfort and charm of the hotel convinced me to stay. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Antigua.

The location so close to the center of town was exceptionally nice. Easily reached La Cocina de Paula, located at a short distance from the hotel. I had booked a twin room with three big beds, as well as a shower and a decorative fireplace.

Enjoyed 2 days here! Loved the convenient location near hiking trails, the town center, and awesome restaurants. the room we had was clean, had a cool decorative fireplace, and felt cozy:)))
